Rubbertech *Step is a rubber granulate slab specially designed for protection of waterproofing membranes on flat roofs subject to foot traffic - (e.g. walkways for maintenance personnel) as well on balconies and terraces. It is also used as a supporting underlay under systems installed on roof - (e.g. solar power units, antennas etc.)
Features
- Terrace and balcony paving with outstanding fall-impact cushioning the safe alternative to tiles and other rigid materials.
- Access walkways for maintenance on flat and green roofs protecting the roof waterproofing from wear and punctures.
- Support pads for load distribution on flat roofs and green roofs preventing damage by rooftop equipment such as solar power units, antennas, cranes, roof scaffolding, etc.
- Step is a specially designed rubber granulate slab with integrated subsurface drainage channels and premounted plastic connector pins. The pins secure the slabs (against displacement or removal and permit fast, simple and cost efficient installation without need for adhesive gluing.) Available in extensive range of colours.
- Rubbertech Step allows creative design combining functionality with eye-catching appeal.
